Tungsten scheelite is non-conducting but tin is conductive. Use power classification can separate them effectively. So tungsten scheelite electric separation is invented.

Tungstate consists of wolframate radical or poly tungsten acid radical. Ammonium ions, alkali metals, alkaline earth metals and many heavy metal cations can form tungstates. Apart from alkali metal, ammonium and magnesium salts, most tungstate is insoluble in water.

After artificial beneficiation, tungsten concentrate will enter gravity separation process. Crush means crushing tungsten concentrate into same specification before it goes to the next step. This needs to be completed with crusher.

Mechanical agitated flotation machine is the use of impeller + stator system as a mechanical stirrer to achieve the filling and stirring flotation machine, is the most commonly used tungsten scheelite flotation equipment.

Tungsten scheelite associated ore can be divided into sulphide ore and gangue minerals. Sulphide ore has metal element, is easy to separate and has economic value. Gangue minerals contain calcium, only flotation method can separate it.

In flotation mineral slurry, activator distribution is important for flotation. Metal ion attached on the surface of mineral can improve its electric potential, ion collector and targeted mineral can ding better.

Oxidized paraffin soap uses petroleum as raw material, obtained by oxidation and saponification treatment. Its appearance is brown red or yellow powder, soluble in water, mainly used for tungsten scheelite collector.

Non-ionizing collector is a kind of auxiliary type of tungsten scheelite collector. Because it does not exist in its own solid group, it can not be formed on the surface of the mineral adsorption layer, and only physical attachment in some natural hydrophobic mineral surface, so such collector can only be used to capture graphite, molybdenum ore, sulfur and other natural floating minerals, can not be used alone to float scheelite.
